Having booked your car, a detailed email will be sent to you. Hire details must be safely filled and accompany you to the airport. Group E is for the Ford Mondeo 2.0l engine or perhaps the Vauxhall Vectra, Toyota Avensis, Ford Mondeo or Peugeot 406. 2.0l engines with plent of horse power. For Edinburgh Small Automatic cars are group AA, including Nissan Micra or similar. Compact and easy to drive around a town or city. Car types include: Fiat Sciecento or similar A group A size car being the smallest hire car available. You will be hired a Fiat Sciecento, Daewoo Matiz, Ford Ka or something similar. The group B cars will be either a Vauxhall Corsa, Ford Fiesta or Fiat Punto. With a slightly bigger engine they are good for driving on longer journeys. Car Group C is made up with Vauxhall Astra's, Renault Megane's , Peugeot 307's or a Ford focus. 4 adults can be seated easily. Great car for hiring if you are touring around. Ford Mondeo, Vauxhall Vectra, Nissan Primera, Toyota Avensis make up group D. 1.8 engines and room for up to 5 adults. Car hire Group E has bigger engines, with cars like Ford Mondeo 2.0lor the Peugeot 406. Plenty of space and good motorway performance - adn don't forget that boot / trunk size is important - estate cars do have very large boots and are often cheaper than a people carrier / MPV mini-van.
